Welcome to my internet home. Who am I? I’m Nichole Robichaux, REALTOR® and content writer, and you’ve just landed on my website. I am a REALTOR® in the bedroom community of Slidell, Louisiana, about a 30-minute drive from New Orleans. My husband and I together form Southern Dreams Team LLC, our real estate team.
Our real estate team functions within the Keller Williams Realty Professionals office in Slidell, Louisiana. Our real estate team’s most crucial function is building community relationships. While most agents focus on getting many customers, our point of pride is developing a quality relationship with every customer we work for. We always remember that we work for YOU and that our primary goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our services, whether you’re a buyer, seller, or investor.
Other real estate teams purport to be helpful by having several agents at your service. However, this often means no particular agent is responsible for your transaction, and you never know who you work with. With Southern Dreams Team, as a husband and wife team, we work together on every aspect of our team’s transactions. You won’t be playing phone tag with random agents; you will know me and my husband, Brandon, and you can be assured that we are all on the same page due to the importance of communication.

At Southern Dreams Team, you have our cell phone numbers and email addresses, and you can contact us anytime. If, for some reason, we can’t answer immediately, we will respond as soon as possible. With two agents working on every transaction, though, one of us is almost always readily available to answer any questions or talk with you about anything you have concerns about.
We don’t simply want to provide people with the “same old” services every other agent purports to give you. We are here to help you, educate you, and inform you every step of the way.
